Hi, I'm Charlene
Yoga has been a steadfast companion in my life for over 15 years. It’s guided me through pregnancy, personal challenges, and countless moments of uncertainty. Through yoga and mindfulness, I’ve learned to find comfort in the uncomfortable, to breathe through all situations, and to slow down & be present. It has taught me to listen to my body’s needs and build confidence to navigate life's difficulties with grace.

My background in nutrition has further deepened my understanding of the body, enhancing my approach to holistic health. I believe that nurturing ourselves through a balanced perspective is key to overall well-being.

I am currently undergoing Mindfulness Teacher Training certification with Breathworks, which is enriching my practice and expanding my approach to mindfulness. Additionally, my exploration of sound therapy has revealed its profound benefits in healing and relaxation, offering a soothing way to balance the body and mind.

With training from Yoga Haven (200-hour Yoga Teacher Training) and in Yin Yoga with Tessa Rohrig, I bring a grounded and thoughtful approach to my practice. My aim is to help you discover the power of mindful movement, breath, and sound, and to create space in your life for health and tranquility.
