Hello,
I'm Charlene-Maria
I’m a Yoga, Mindfulness & Sound Practitioner passionate about creating supportive spaces where people can slow down, reconnect and feel more at ease within themselves. My approach weaves together mindful movement, breathwork, meditation and sound to support both physical wellbeing and emotional resilience. Whether you’re joining a class, workshop or retreat, my intention is to offer a space that feels calming, welcoming and nourishing - a place to pause, breathe and reconnect with what balance means for you.

My journey began with Nutritional Therapy. After graduating with a Diploma from the College of Naturopathic Medicine, I’ve supported clients with a wide range of health goals - from blood sugar balance and hormone support to stress management and general wellbeing. For me, nutrition is not about restriction, but about finding simple, sustainable ways to feel nourished, energised, and well in daily life.
Alongside nutrition, yoga has been a constant companion for over 15 years, guiding me through pregnancy, personal challenges, and times of uncertainty. It has taught me to breathe through difficulty, find steadiness in the present moment, and trust my body’s wisdom. These lessons now shape the way I guide others in their own practice.
Mindfulness runs through everything I do. As a certified Breathworks Mindfulness Teacher, I’m passionate about sharing tools that calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and create space for greater clarity and ease.
At the heart of my work is a holistic approach - recognising that true wellbeing involves nourishing every aspect of ourselves: body, mind, and spirit. With certifications from Yoga Haven (200-hour Teacher Training) and additional training in Yin Yoga with Tessa Rohrig, I bring a thoughtful, grounded way of working that integrates yoga, mindfulness and nutrition. My aim is simple: to create a supportive space where you can build balance, resilience, and a deeper sense of wellbeing in your everyday life.
