A regular yoga practice can help you to find a sense of balance & calm as you reset your nervous system - the perfect antidote to our frequently hectic and fast paced lives.

Classes are designed for everyone. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting your journey, my welcoming environment ensures that everyone feels comfortable and supported. ​You'll foster strength, flexibility, and mobility, whilst diving into mindfulness practices such as breath work & meditation for inner peace and clarity.

£50 for a 5-class pass, £14 drop in
