Small Group Practice

A calm and more personal space to practice from my home studio.
With smaller group numbers and a slower, more relaxed atmosphere, these sessions offer a chance to move mindfully, reconnect with yourself and receive more individual guidance and support.
Blending gentle movement, breathwork and relaxation practices, each session is designed to help you feel grounded, restored and at ease.

Restorative & Sound Sessions

Monthly or seasonal offerings designed to help you deeply rest and reset.
Combining restorative / yin yoga, meditation, breathwork and sound healing, these sessions invite stillness, nervous system restoration and deep relaxation.
